Achal is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and joined D V Kapila & Company in 2013 having practiced as a solicitor with the London and Toronto offices of Macarthy Tetrault for over 9 years.
Achal’s practice initially focussed on the energy sector, during which time he advised clients on matters ranging from [***] to [***]. Achal has expanded his practice to advise on general corporate matters and also advises clients in the real estate development space and on employment related matters. He also undertakes arbitration on behalf of long-standing clients.
